Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Digital Accomplice offers a range of virtual assistant services including:

• Administrative support
• Digital marketing solutions
• Website design and maintenance
• Virtual concierge services

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Timely communication and responses to our inquiries
• Payment of agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

3. Payment Terms

Our services are offered on a package basis. Payment terms will be outlined in the package agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digital Accomplice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
