Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This refund and cancellation policy applies to all services offered by Digital Accomplice.
2. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice, with a minimum of 7 days' notice. Please refer to the client service agreement for comprehensive details.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for works commenced or completed. Services are billed on a weekly basis, with invoices issued weekly.
4. Time Frame
Requests for service cancellation must be submitted in writing with a 7-day notice period. We will confirm receipt of your request and the effective date of termination.
5. Client Feedback
We value client feedback and encourage clients to provide any comments or concerns about our services in writing. If there are any issues, we welcome the opportunity to address them prior to cancellation.
